How it works

• Once we have your car details, we will make you an offer and if you are happy with our valuation we will arrange an appointment for you to deliver your car to our nearest location.
• You will need to bring your car keys (two sets if you have both), your registration document and any associated documentation, i.e. your current and previous MOT certificates and service records, if you have them. (NB, these documents will often add to the value of your vehicle, so it is in your interest to provide them wherever possible.) If your vehicle matches the description you have given, then we will organise payment immediately and transfer the money to your bank account. This usually takes 3-4 days, but payment can be made more quickly by special arrangement.
• If you have outstanding finance, in most cases, we will be able to settle it early with your finance company, however, we will have to deduct the amount owing from the price we pay you.
  Please bring an up to date settlement letter from your finance company showing the amount outstanding if this is the case.
